1478.12 HOURS OF OPERATION.

No person shall swim, bathe or otherwise make use of any private swimming pool between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day from Sunday through Thursday, inclusive, and between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Attire shall be normal bathing attire.
