1476.01 PURPOSES.

The purpose of this chapter is to control soil erosion and off-site sedimentation within the City by providing for the administration and enforcement of the City SESC Ordinance. All earth change activities under authority of Part 91 shall be in conformance with this chapter. No person shall maintain or undertake an earth change governed by this chapter, and pursuant to a SESC permit issued by the City.
