(c) Sign erector $30.00
(d) Sign specialist $20.00
(e) Asphalt paving contractor $30.00
(f) Fence erector $30.00
(g) Wrecking contractor $30.00
(h) Commercial building contractor $35.00
(i) Electrical contractor $30.00
(j) Low voltage contractor $30.00
(k) Heating and refrigeration contractor $15.00
(l) Plumbing company $30.00
(m) Master plumber $1.00
