The current “International Property Maintenance Code”, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Southgate, County of Wayne, State of Michigan; for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Property Maintenance Code are herein referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 1422.02. A copy of the current International Property Maintenance Code, and the provisions thereof, shall be filed in the Building Department.
