1420.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE; FILE COPIES.

Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 4 and 88 of the State Construction Code Act, the Michigan Building Code, as promulgated by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Industry Services, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter. A copy of the Michigan Building Code shall be filed with the Office of the City Clerk.
