1248.08 SIDEWALKS.

Sidewalks of not less than five feet in width and four inches in thickness, located one foot from a right-of-way line, shall be constructed on both sides of a street and on all side and cross streets, in full conformity with the current specifications of the City Engineer. Sidewalks of not less than six feet in width shall be constructed in front of all business frontage.
