1248.055 STORM SEWER LEADS.

A six-inch storm sewer lead shall be brought from the storm sewer to the property line or easement line for each lot in a subdivision to service the foundation drainage sump pump discharge lines. This requirement shall be applicable to proprietors, developers and subdividers, as well as any other legal entity.
