1246.01 INTERPRETATION OF CHAPTER; DEDICATION OF STREETS REQUIRED.

The standards set forth in this chapter shall be minimum standards. Any other standard tending to create a more hazardous condition shall no be accepted. Generally, all streets shall be dedicated to public use. Arterial streets shall be dedicated to public use in all cases.
