1240.07 SURVEYS AND PLATS REQUIRED; EXCEPTIONS.
   Any division of land which results in a subdivision shall be surveyed and a plat thereof submitted, approved and recorded as required by these Subdivision Regulations and M.C.L.A. 560.101 et seq., as amended. A replat of all or any part of a recorded subdivision plat may not be approved or recorded unless proper court action has been taken to vacate the original plat or the specific part thereof, with the following exceptions:
   (a)   When all the parties in interest agree in writing thereto and record the agreement with the County Register of Deeds, and Council has adopted a resolution or other legislative enactment vacating all areas dedicated to public use;
   (b)   Assessors' plats made, approved and recorded as provided for in M.C.L.A. 560.101 et seq., as amended;
   (c)   Urban renewal plats authorized by Council as provided in M.C.L.A. 125.71 et seq., as amended. Roads, streets, alleys and other public places shall be vacated in accordance with law.
