1220.02 COMPOSITION; TERMS OF OFFICE; COMPENSATION; REMOVALS.
   The Planning Commission shall consist of nine members, six of whom shall be representative, insofar as possible, of different professions or occupations, and shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to approval by a majority vote of all Council. All members of the Commission shall serve without compensation and shall hold no other elective Municipal office, or be employed by the City, except that one of the members may be a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals. The term of each member shall be for three years, except that three members of the first Commission appointed shall serve for the term of one year, three for a term of two years and three for a term of three years. All members shall hold office until their successors are appointed. City Council may remove a member of the Planning Commission for misfeasance, malfeasance, or nonfeasance in office upon written charges and after a public hearing.
