Unless provided otherwise, whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and the cost of prosecution, and/or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, and/or be required to engage in community service, and shall also be required to pay any costs set forth in this chapter.
