(a) Fees for connection to the Downriver Sewage Disposal System are as follows:
1 acre or less Main After Feb. 1978 $500.00
Lateral After Feb. 1978 $400.00
In excess of 1 acre Main After Feb. 1978 $550.00 per acre
Lateral After Feb. 1978 $500.00 per acre
(b) All connections to the Downriver Sewage Disposal System shall be made by and at the expense of the property owner or user so connecting. Such connection shall be in compliance with any rules or regulations for such connection now or hereafter established by the City and shall be subject to inspection and approval prior to use. Permits for such connection shall be obtained in advance from the City, at which time the connection fees shall be paid in cash. The property owner or user making such a connection shall pay all inspection charges now or hereafter established by the City prior to the use of such connection.
(c) Anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding, the following connection charges or fees shall be paid:
Motel or hotel rooms or units
with kitchen facilities $250.00
Motel or hotel, hospital or
convalescent home units without
kitchen facilities 125.00 per unit
Single-family residences 250.00
Double-family residences 250.00 per dwelling unit
Multifamily residences 250.00 per dwelling unit
