As used in this chapter:
(a) "Dwelling unit" means one or more rooms arranged for the use of one or more individuals with sanitary, sleeping, cooking and/or living facilities, including, but not limited to, single-family residences, each unit of a two-family residence, each unit of a multifamily residence, each unit of an apartment building and each room or suite of rooms of a hotel or motel.
(b) "Service connection" or "connection" means a sanitary sewer facility for each individual dwelling unit.
(c) "System" means the Downriver Sewage Disposal System as described in Ordinance 68, passed February 20, 1963.
