1040.11 USE OF PREVIOUSLY USED BUILDING SEWERS.
   (a)   Previously used building sewers may be used in connection with new buildings only when they are found, on examination by the City Engineer, to meet all requirements of this chapter.
   (b)   A T.V. inspection of the property shall be performed by the owner, at the owner's expense, prior to the City's inspection and written approval. The written results of the T.V. inspection shall be presented to the City Engineer and the City Building Department within eight days of the inspection. After a review of the T.V. inspection by both the City Engineer and the Building Department, the owner shall be informed, in writing, by the City Engineer whether the owner may utilize the previously used sewers or must replace all or a portion of existing sewers. The determination of the City Engineer will be binding on the owner.
