1022.09 CONTRACTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR; BOND.

Council may provide, by resolution, the mode of receiving proposals or entering into contracts for the building and repairing of sidewalks under this chapter, and it may, at its option, require the contractor or person building the sidewalk to furnish a good and sufficient surety bond to ensure the proper construction thereof.
