1020.05 BARRICADES AND WARNING LIGHTS.

All openings, excavations and obstructions shall be properly and substantially barricaded and railed off, and at night shall be provided with prescribed warning lights. Warning lights perpendicular to the flow of traffic shall be not more than three feet apart, and warning lights parallel to the flow of traffic shall be not more than fifteen feet apart.
