(a) Any sales, as described in this chapter, shall not exceed three per year, per household, and each individual sale for which a license is issued shall not be conducted for more than three consecutive days; however, an additional license permit may be issued by the City Clerk if the applicant is in the process of moving into, out of, or within the City. The City Clerk may not issue more than two additional licenses per household during any calendar year.
(b) No sales as described in this chapter shall be conducted between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
(c) The license authorizing any sales as described in this chapter shall be displayed in the front window or other prominent place, clearly visible from the street, at each location where any sale is being conducted.
(d) The items offered for sale shall not be displayed in the front or side yards of such premises.
