873.03 CONDUCT OF SALES.

An owner, tenant or lessee of a residence or charitable institution, including churches, schools and hospitals, may conduct such sales as described in Section 873.02 upon the premises of his or her residence or the premises of such charitable institution as hereinafter provided in this chapter.
