867.12 LICENSE EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL; FEE.

All licenses granted under the provisions of this chapter are for one year and shall expire on December 31 of each year and must be renewed by the City Council after a review and recommendation by the Police Department and any other body that the Council may ask to review the renewal. A yearly renewal fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) will be charged.
