867.08 DENIAL OF APPLICATIONS.
   A license may be denied under this chapter if:
   (a)   The applicant fails to comply with any or all requirements of this chapter, including, but not limited to, this section, or with any other applicable provisions of State law or local ordinances.
   (b)   The applicant has knowingly made a false, misleading or fraudulent statement in the application or in any supporting documents.
   (c)   The applicant has failed to demonstrate that the proposed facility can be conducted in a safe, sanitary and healthy manner and/or has failed to demonstrate that the proposed facility can be conducted without unreasonably interfering with surrounding properties, traffic and/or the like.
