867.05 FORWARDING OF APPLICATIONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS.
   Upon receipt by the Clerk, copies of the application shall be forwarded to the City Public Safety Department and to such other appropriate public officials as the Mayor, City Council or the Clerk's office shall deem necessary. Such officers and officials shall review and investigate matters relevant to the application and shall report their findings and recommendations to the City Council within sixty days of receipt thereof if all investigations can be completed by that time.
