This chapter shall not apply to Municipal dances, to dances sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Commission or to dances sponsored by any of the student bodies of the public or parochial schools of the City or by fraternal or church organizations of the City, the proceeds of which dances or the benefits thereof are devoted exclusively to the benefit of such student bodies, fraternities, organizations or churches.
