850.11 HEARING ON APPEAL.

If the applicant requests a hearing under Section 850.10, the hearing shall be held by the City Council, and review from the decision, on the record of the hearing, shall be made to the Circuit Court of Wayne County. The hearing shall also be subject to the Michigan Open Meetings Act.
