844.06 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

No person having charge of a place licensed under this chapter shall allow any intoxicating beverages to be stored or drunk on the premises, nor shall persons under the influence of intoxicating beverages be permitted to frequent, be in or remain on such premises.
