(a) Every applicant, before being granted a license under this chapter, shall pay an annual license fee as specified in the Business License Fee Schedule for the privilege of operating or maintaining for operation each juke box or mechanical device.
(b) Each establishment shall be limited to four coin-operated mechanical amusement devices per place of business.
