A mechanical amusement device arcade consisting of ten or more mechanical amusement devices or video games, or a combination thereof, shall not be open for business between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on weekdays, and at all hours on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, without a licensed security guard on the premises. A licensed security guard shall not be required between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, provided that an adult supervisor is on the premises. An additional licensed security guard shall be required for each additional twenty mechanical amusement devices or video games, or a combination thereof, during the hours a licensed security guard is required. An additional adult supervisor shall be required for each additional twenty mechanical amusement devices or video games, or a combination thereof, during the hours an adult supervisor is required.
