840.09 VISIBILITY OF INTERIOR.

No licensee or owner of any mechanical amusement device arcade, or any servant thereof, shall maintain any arcade unless the entire interior of the premises wherein mechanical amusement devices and video games are played, viewed or used is visible upon entering into such premises. No partially or fully enclosed or concealed booths shall be maintained.
