832.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding five-hundred ($500.00) dollars or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding ninety days, or be both so fined and imprisoned, in the discretion of the Court.
