828.08 NOTICES OF VIOLATIONS.

If, on inspection, the Director of Inspections finds a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, he or she shall issue an order to the licensee or person in charge of the restaurant directing the correction of such violation within such reasonable time as he or she deems proper.
