824.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; CERTIFICATIONS; FEES.

(a) No person shall operate or commence the operation of a self-service or coin-operated dry cleaning establishment without first obtaining a license therefor. No such license shall be granted except upon certification by the Director of Inspections and the Fire Chief.

(b) The fee for such license shall be as specified in the Business License Fee Schedule.
