822.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

No person shall sell or cause to be sold, on any open lot in the City, Christmas trees or other seasonal ornaments, goods or property without first obtaining a license therefor from the City Clerk in the manner provided in Chapter 802 and paying a license fee as specified in the Business License Fee Schedule.
