818.30 RIGHT OF PRIVACY.

A grantee shall not transmit any signal from any dwelling or any other building, other than that necessary to operate the cable television system, without the authorization of the owner of said dwelling or other building. Where said owner has leased said dwelling or other building or a portion thereof, said authorization shall be obtained from the lessee, and not from the owner.
