814.02 LICENSE APPLICATIONS; FEE.

(a) An application for a license required by this chapter shall be made in accordance with Chapter 802 and shall set forth the name of the owner, the name of the manager or operator, the location of the place of business, the number of alleys installed or to be installed and such other information as shall be required by the City Clerk.

(b) The fee for such a license shall be as specified in the Business License Fee Schedule.
