812.08 MINORS.

(a) No person under 18 years of age shall be allowed to patronize or frequent a licensed premises not serving alcohol at any time following the City's applicable curfew hours set forth in Chapter 670, unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

(b) No person under 18 years of age shall be allowed to patronize or frequent a licensed premises which serves alcohol at any time unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
