The annual fee for a license required by this chapter shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for the billiard room and one table, plus thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for each additional table. Anyone making an application for a license required by this chapter within the first six months of any license year shall pay the full license fee required under this chapter, and anyone making such an application within the last six months of any license year shall pay one-half of such license fee.
