692.01 DISCHARGING FIREARMS.

(a) No person shall discharge any firearm or other instrument producing a like effect and noise in the City, except in the lawful defense of his or her person or property, or as otherwise permitted by law.

(b) No person shall intentionally, without malice, point, aim or discharge any firearm at or toward any other person.
