(a) Personal Property. No person shall willfully and maliciously destroy or injure the personal property of another by any means.
(b) Real Property. No person shall willfully and maliciously destroy or injure any house or other building of another, or the appurtenances thereof.

(c) Public Property. No person shall destroy, injure or deface, or in any manner interfere with or hinder the use of, any public building or any public property whatsoever.
