(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 664.08 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition to such fine, any minor who violates Section 664.08(c) may be ordered by the court to participate in a health promotion and risk reduction assessment program and community service in a hospice, nursing home or long-term care facility.

(b) Whoever violates Section 664.11 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
