660.07 TRANSFERABILITY OF PERMITS; EXPIRATION.

Every permit issued under this chapter shall cover only one location, and a new permit shall be obtained by the purchaser, transferee or assignee each time the property is sold, transferred or assigned. Every such permit shall expire upon abandonment thereof by the permittee or as otherwise provided in this chapter.
