660.05 CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.

All permits issued in accordance with this chapter shall be issued on the express condition that such permit will be revoked or suspended if the permittee fails or refuses to comply with this chapter, which suspension or revocation shall be made as hereinafter provided.
