As used in this chapter, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
(a) "Building Department" means the Building Department in the City.
(b) "Clerk" means the duly elected and acting City Clerk.
(c) "Department of Public Services" means the Department of Public Services in the City.
(d) "Director of Inspections" means the duly appointed and authorized Director of Inspections in the City, and includes any deputy, employee of the Building Department or authorized agent acting for and on behalf of the Director.
(e) "Fire Department" means the Fire Department of the City and an authorized officer or agent thereof.
(f) "Police Department" means the Police Department of the City and an authorized officer or agent thereof.
