(a) Except as otherwise provided, whoever violates Section 610.14 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, whoever violates Section 610.15 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(c) Except as otherwise provided, whoever violates Section 610.16 shall constitute a civil infraction with a civil fine in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00). Any second or subsequent violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor. In addition, the court may order, at the violator's expense, that the wild or at-large animal be transferred to an appropriate pound or care facility or humanely destroyed by a qualified veterinarian.
