470.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates this chapter is responsible for a civil infraction and shall be fined an amount established by the Violations Bureau of the 28th District Court.

(b) Nothing in this section is intended to restrict or prohibit the Police Department from filing other or additional charges against persons or entities found to be in violation of other City ordinances or sections of the Michigan Penal Code or the Michigan Traffic Code.
