470.04 FORFEITURE AND DISPOSITION.

All motorized low speed vehicles and motorized scooters possessed or used contrary to this chapter are subject to immediate confiscation and impound by the Police Department. Such confiscated vehicles shall be subject to impound fees and storage charges as authorized in the then-most current contract between the City and its authorized towing service.
