(a) Whoever violates Section 468.01 is responsible for a civil infraction and shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for a first offense and fifty dollars ($50.00) for a second offense and all subsequent offenses. This shall re-set on January 1st of each year.

(b) Whoever violates Section 468.02 is responsible for a civil infraction and shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
