414.05 EMERGENCIES.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to make illegal any course of conduct by a pilot or other person, either on the ground or in the air, which course of conduct is calculated to meet emergency conditions and to best cope with an imminent danger that threatens life or property, either on the ground or in the air, when such emergency has arisen as a result of the operation of any type of aircraft.
