The Retirement Reserve Fund is hereby established. It shall be the fund from which shall be paid all pensions payable as provided in this chapter. If any disability retirant returns to active service in the employ of the City, his or her pension reserve as of the date of his or her return shall be transferred from the Retirement Reserve Fund to the Members Deposit Fund and the Pension Reserve Fund in the same proportion as the reserves originally transferred.
