294.08 APPROPRIATIONS.

The Mayor shall annually request an appropriation in the annual budget to provide the Youth Commission with necessary funds, materials and services to carry out the work of the Commission in the same manner as appropriations for the other departments and commissions of the City are provided in the annual budget. The Commission shall submit its annual budget request on or before October 1 in each year.
