The Youth Commission shall, on or before the date prescribed by the Mayor, make a written report to the Mayor relative to the work of the Commission during the preceding fiscal year. The report shall be prepared by the secretary, signed by the Chairperson, placed on record with the City Clerk and published in such manner as the Mayor may direct. The Commission shall also make such other reports as the Mayor may from time to time require.
