292.02 MEETINGS; QUORUM; REMOVALS.

The Water Board shall meet as often as it deems necessary, but not less than once a month. Such meetings shall be governed by Robert's Rules of Order. There shall be a quorum present for the purpose of conducting business and any three members of the Board shall constitute a quorum. Members of the Board shall be removed for failure to act as members of the Board, in accordance with Section 82 of the City Charter and other pertinent provisions of such Charter.
